Molino Zanone Chestnut Flour- Farina Di Castagne
Molino Zanone dried chestnuts are obtained thanks to a manufacturing process handed down by the peasant tradition.
In autumn, the fresh chestnuts harvested in the woods are transferred to dryers where the slow drying process , on a low heat, partly powered by the peels of the chestnuts, lasts for 15 days.
The product is then shelled and manually selected to eliminate impurities and defects and then packaged.
