Ferrarini Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI is produced from cooked grape must obtained from Lambrusco vines located in its own land, with the addition of a particular combination of vinegar, the one aged for at least 10 years and the one obtained by acetification of wine only. Left to rest in the wooden barrels of our cellars, for a period of at least 3 years, it will gain its optimal refinement.
