The right solution for those who do not like candied fruit. Outside a rich glaze made with “Prima Bari” almonds, sugar and fresh egg white and inside a soft heart sweetened by many natural Australian raisins. Wrapped in a classic dress, but not taken for granted: matt plasticized wrapping, velvety to the touch and softened by an elegant gros grain ribbon with rubberized serigraphs in relief.
The dough of Pasticceria Filippi is an authentic synthesis of tradition and genuineness, the ingredients are: cold centrifuged butter, strength flour, eggs from hens raised on the ground, Bourbon vanilla berries and natural yeast (water, flour, mother yeast) everything is well kneaded and left to rest for 35 hours.
Each dove is made by hand: matt plasticized wrapping and gros grain ribbon with rubberized serigraphs in relief. The business ethics devoted to an ecological and sustainable style can also be touched by hand in paper and ribbons, obtained from the processing of recycled bottles.
