The sweetness and slight acidity of wild strawberries blend with the deep and round flavor of milk chocolate; the latter is obtained from a blend of fine varieties of cocoa that create a perfect balance and a harmonious caramel taste.
Strength flour, natural yeast, eggs from free-range hens, cold-centrifuged butter, fresh milk and vanilla to perfume are the basis used for all Colomba Filippi.
Wild strawberries are a small sweet and slightly sour fruit belonging to the family of berries, which grows spontaneously in our country; combined in the dove with the melting and the sweet and creamy taste of milk chocolate give life to an irresistible gastronomic experience.
