Loison Colomba Cioccolato (Chocolate)
Cake made by means of the natural fermentation of sour dough, with an irregular oval shape, reminiscent of a dove. The cake is soft and light textured enriched with chocolate chips. The loaf is covered with cacoa icing and decorated with granulated sugar.
Traditional Italian confectionery product oven-baked naturally leavened without candied fruit, covered in dark chocolate icing.
