Provolone del Monaco is Cow’s milk Cheese. Typical product of Agerola , Italy and is obtained from a staggering of at least 6 months in a cave.
The size of the provolone must be such that, at the end of seasoning, they have a minimum weight of 2.5 kg.

In order for your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
