According to the degree of spiciness, our dressing provides a presence of chilli that can vary from 15 to 20 percent for every 100 kilos of olives. It is obtained by crushing together olives and chilli; subsequently it is kneaded for about an hour, after which, by centrifuging the paste obtained, the chilli oil is extracted or the condiment based on extra virgin olive oil naturally flavored with chilli.
Ideal for palates looking for strong flavors. Excellent on spaghetti with garlic, oil and chilli or dishes with a spicy touch; on pizza, legume soups and meat.
